Complete incompetence top to bottom. I needed 3 windows replaced on my second story bedroom for which I contracted capital glass to do the job. They show up with two guys who look like druggies who were yelling starting at 7am. 4 hours in I go out to check how they’re doing, nothing has gotten done and one of them was on a “phone call”. I called who I believed was some sort of manager to get a new crew to my house, as I was sick of the yelling and stagnant work speeds. The “manager” didn’t know the names of one of the workers which resulted in him “not being able to do anything about it” . Really?? So after 3 days straight of going to check on these guys’ work, they finally finish a day late. Not to mention a couple days after they left, I myself had to go through and recaulk their massive gaps. I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER use capital class for ANY service I may need.
From our first encounter with the team at Capital Glass we were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. But, the installer, Kevin, is the 5 star reason. He showed up on time, was very personable, readily shared information, completed the project, and cleaned the area. Based on the caliber of customer service, we will use Capital Glass for any future needs.
Dave and Jesse showed up on time and finished the job quickly and left everything clean. They were kind, cheerful and worked with us by keeping the gate closed for an energetic golden doodle. Would recommend Capital Glass to anyone! Thanks guys!
