We started back in late 2023 when we got approved on the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus grant. We contacted Ambia at the time for a quotation. Unfortunately, for our own reasons, we weren't able to proceed with the Windows upgrade. We relooked at the windows upgrade again in 2025 and contact Tony from Ambia in August, he was able to help us in proceeding with the windows replacement for the whole house. It is a large project with almost 30 openings including bay and circular windows. During this time, I researched and contacted 4 other windows companies, I find Ambia is the only company (using Stage Windows) that was able to answer all my questions and address my concerns. When come to installation, Ambia has a very professional crew. We have a large number of windows in which many are semi-circle. The team installed them in just two days. Ambia uses Stage Windows which has the necessary quality to meet the requirements from NRCAN for Energy Star ratings. After our windows installation, my final energy audit of the house indicates an additional level of air tightness beyond expectation which translate to more rebate funds. We need to thanks Ambia for their excellent installation. Finally, I would not hesitate Ambia to anyone who wants to upgrade their windows or door. I think they are a great company we can rely on.
