Half-assed work at its finest...Window World (Ko) was hired by our landlord to replace a $3000 fire-rated door between the garage and our kitchen. They horrifically botched the job and then refused to leave unless the work was signed for...Now they will not return calls or texts to come look at their "installers" work. They split the door using the wrong screw, busted the trim work and didn't clean up after themselves...Save yourself from these rip off artists... Don't hire Ko or any Window World franchise...Their response is factually incorrect as there is no "pending litigation," only a landlord who doesn't want to take responsibility for blatant safety issues on their property, like your botched door...They were contacted during business hours on a Friday, on the number they gave us if we had problems. We did not contact them on a weekend.They seem to tell half-truths and pass the buck for shoddy work, because "we" didn't pay them. I guess we're just the poor pleb renters who have had to be the recipients of their "quality work"... Think about people who have that mentality, and how they treat your home. Just because we're renters, doesn't make this less of our home. Typical elitist mentality...
Window world! Well from the time Ko came to do the estimate I felt in good hands we had a quote we could not pass up , on the top windows and sliders with tint . They came out put them in all in one morning came out the next day to the up loose ends! The installers were professional and helpful! They worked with me to let my dogs use the restroom! I will say the windows are top quality! I am impressed and I highly recommend Window World! Thank you so much we love the look of our windows!
Window World made the process of replacing 10 windows and 3 patio doors very easy. They came to my house and explained everything that would happen and the process went very smoothly. The windows and doors were ready well within the time frame promised and the installers were very courteous and did a beautiful job of removing and installing everything. They cleaned up both days, leaving my house spotless. I’m very pleased with the results and the value I got.
Love my new windows & patio slider. I lucked out by having Rafael & Arnold be the installers on my windows. They did a fabulous job and I am so happy with it. Rafael made sure I understood everything from how the window and door latches worked to making sure I knew how the warranty worked. He did a thorough walk thru upon completion and asked if I had any questions, which he answered. Both were courteous and professional. If you need your windows done, I would ask for them. I can’t wait to get the rest of my house renovated after this.
