Residential window replacement and installation, including custom sizing, interior stain and paint matching, hardware options, and sash replacement where appropriate.
I replaced a small Kitchen window with a much larger one. While I did some of the work myself, I trusted Lacina to install the window. The project quickly escalated as I had to move some unexpected plumbing & electrical. They worked with me on schedule and we got it done. The bid I got was well below all others to good on price as well
Lacina replaced multiple windows in my townhome. Chad helped me select a stain color to make sure my existing woodwork would be matched as close as possible, and the result was perfect! He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the purchase. The installers were prompt, professional and personable. Post-install there was a minor issue with one sash, but it was quickly and cheerfully replaced. Great customer service! I have already noticed energy efficiency benefit from the new Marvin windows and they look beautiful.
We spent a lot of time getting estimates from various companies for replacement windows for our 1957 home. We wanted to replicate the styles and quality of the original windows. Lacina met our expectations with the Infinity replacements matching stains and paint colors where needed. Also, we were able to customize the hardware colors with the originals in antique brass and chrome where needed. Several windows were more challenging due to size and the replacements mirror the originals. We worked with Chad when he stepped in to replace the Rochester representative who was no longer working with the company. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and prompt at returning calls. Ryan and Brooks, the installers were fantastic to work with as well. They were so friendly, helpful, efficient, and fastidious with the installations. Our 19 windows were installed over the course of several days in February. We have been enjoying our new windows for three months now and appreciate the ease of cleaning the double hungs and crank outs. After 30 years of looking out a 67 year old large picture window that had grime and marks between the glass which could not be cleaned, the clarity is amazing! We are extremely happy with all of our windows. We definitely recommend Lacina Siding and Windows!
Referral: Neighbor was having windows installed by Lacina. I reached out to them for an estimate. I did not seek other estimatesBid: Brody did initial info-session, measuring and bid. He returned for a second estimate due to (my) change in job. He was knowledgeable and friendly.Measurements: I was pleased to see that Matt Lacina came to do the official measurements. He was easily accessible via phone or text.Installation: 6 windows (from small to XL and bay) took 2 days. Job well done, installers were knowledgeable, confident in their work, worked well together and pleasant. They even changed an outdoor lightbulb for me since they were already on scaffolding and could reach it easily. They were respectful of my house, applied floor coverings, and I left the house while they worked without any concerns.Product: Marvin replacement windows. They look great, easy to manipulate and clean. In the short time since installment, I can tell there is a sound barrier and less cold seeping in. It has only been a few days, so I hope they hold up over time.Overall rating is 4.5 based on estimate, measure and installation. 0.5 star loss due to a sense of high pressure sale to get “the best deal” and there could have been a little better clean up after installation (debris, cigarette butts and a couple of windows were missed during cleaning). Since I did not do any comparative estimates, I cannot compare cost. I would recommend the product and the company.
I recently purchased 6 Marvin Infinity windows for my house. Working with Lacina was a great experience from the initial visit with the Sales people to the installation! I'm very happy with the quality of Marvin windows and Lacina's employees. I will be working with Lacina again and will recommend them to others.
