The windows seem well built and strong. Very pleased at this point with the product. Our window replacement was not going to be easy due to the unique architectural features of our house. One of the reasons we went with Pella was our confidence with the install process. Our salesperson took measurements for pricing. The install manager took measurements for the actual work. He had the installer on facetime, showing him the design of the house and reviewing the install process with me. It provided great reassurance that this job would be done correctly. The install team did not disappoint when the time came for the actual installation. The process was even more difficult than what was planned. The skill and professionalism of the install team was second to none! They did an outstanding job! We could not be happier. From start to finish the process of getting new windows was a bit over six months. In todays construction world, that is lighting speed. There was a hiccup in the process. Upper management of the local office got involved and rectified the situation. Remove the hiccup and everything was outstanding. At this point of our relationship with Pella we would highly recommend doing business with this company.
