We recently had some windows in our home replaced by Rochester Colonial. The workers were very polite and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We did not need to repaint any areas or replace or repair any woodwork. We were told it would take at least two days for the work to be completed, but it took less than a full day to replace all 9 windows! Yay!

Rochester Colonial is an outstanding company. They have skilled installers and excellent products. When we ordered windows for our house last year we investigated several different window manufacturers and installers. We picked Rochester Colonial and are very happy that we did. The windows replaced older worn-out casement windows, the new windows are very energy efficient, made from durable materials and are a joy to operate. The installation process went very smoothly. The installers, all employees of Rochester Colonial not contractors, were highly skilled and very pleasant to work with. They left the windows spotless and the work areas were very clean. Both during the install process and afterwards. I would also like to mention that the salesman we worked with, Doug Decker, was very helpful is ensuring that we had exactly the right product and was very careful to make sure all of the details of the order were correct.We were so happy with the windows and Rochester Colonial that we went back and ordered a replacement front door. Once again the install was very smooth with a quality product. I highly recommend Rochester Colonial and their employees.
Another 5 Star Performance. Yes, there are a few less expensive window & door companies in the greater Rochester area. That said, I believe that ROC Colonial lives up to their advertising tag line: "The Window & Door Experts." Remember... the price includes expert installation which is worth every penny given the expertise of ROC Colonial's craftsmen.This my 2nd project with them and for each one, they laid out the product choices, pros & cons of each & comparisons of what else is available in the marketplace. You can make an educated decision. When it comes to installation, that's where the real expertise shines.Jake & Dillan who installed my French doors did an OUTSTANDING job. True craftsman in every sense of the word.I look forward to my 3rd project with them.
