My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. Initially, I was quoted for a custom door, but when the door was installed, I realized the signed contract was for a standard door. To my shock, they reduced the height of my for by 4 inches.While the oak color of the door was acceptable, the screw hole gray plugs are an eye sore and they detract from the overall appearance.Moreover the seam in the outside trim is awkwardly positioned ring in the center of the door; this is unacceptable for custom installation.I sincerely hope the door performs as expected, as I have no desire to deal with this company again.
