I had mixed feelings on Wonder Windows. I contracted with Wonder Windows because I liked the options offered. Loved being able to have wood toned grids inside, white on the outside with a wide variety of wood tones to choose from. Prices were comparable to the other quotes I obtained. Windows in entire house were replaced and I had two double things converted to a bay.Bay was installed without the grids in the center window as ordered. Infrequent updates were frustrating and never receiving any inquire from salesman, Dave Thornbury, was irritating.But - color me happy today! Replacement arrived and I’m in love with the look. This bay makes the entire room look amazing.
Very happy with Wonder from beginning to end of our window and door replacement project. Started with the salesman Tom Garmon, was very professional, informative and attentive, also not pushy or aggressive to get the sale. 2nd, the installation crew was contracted out from their buffalo location, Paramount windows and doors were the company, the crew was fantastic, very professional, courteous and friendly, always cleaned up after each day, took their time to make sure each window was properly installed and took the time to answer any questions we may have had during install. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone interested in a home window/door replacement project.

Wonder Windows was recommended by a friend. I recently purchased an 83 yr old home, in Irondequoit. All (6) the upstairs windows were originals and in very poor condition, as were two downstairs. Communication was good and installation completed on scheduled day, by a team of four.
