Great experience here, start to finish. Their recommended installer Pete was great, he came out and measured, had great suggestions and really knew his craft. Professional and clean work exceeding all expectations. The team at the Window and Door shop were also great, windows and doors were exactly if not better than described. Very happy with this job, highly recommend this store and their team.

The Window & Door Shop has been our "go-to" window & door supplier for the better part of 5+ years now and there's a reason we continue to maintain this relationship. There are plenty of window and door suppliers closer to our physical location but the quality, service and in-depth product knowledge are hands down the best in the area. Highly recommended!
We purchased a new fiberglass front door from the Window and Door Shop and are very happy with our experience. The staff, especially Gaby, were very helpful throughout, from making the choice to recommending a great installer. I had gotten quotes from home improvement stores as well and am so glad I decided to go with the Window and Door Shop.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have had. They messed up multiple times and don’t take responsibility. They try to blame construction timelines or contractors however measurements THEY took of glass after they sent the wrong custom doors with the wrong glass in some of them were wrong 2 different times and now 6 months later I still have 3 doors and 4 side panels with blue glass and 1 door with clear glass. I have been patient and tried to work with them but after paying over 12k to get 2 sets of French doors ordered and installed and waiting 6 months with everything wrong, and multiple attempts to fix but the people THEY sent to measured then showed up with one piece of glass that was measured wrong when there was supposed to be 7 panels of glass, they refuse to refund anything and it even act like they made any mistakes. They refused to compensate for anything and all of the time and stress it has caused. Customer service is LAST ON THEIR LIST. I would never recommend them and beware because if ANYTHING goes wrong you will be out $1,000’s of dollars and they will just blame others. BEWARE and don’t go with them. They will not back their product or service.Added based on their comment after I posted : as I explained. They are blaming others. The glass from the original install was not what was orderedOriginally and it was not was supposed to be yet they said it was installed correctly which is incorrect. The glass was completely wrong. They claim that they offered $500 to me and I refused but I never refused I just asked them to consider the situation that has happened and take responsibility and they refused so I have received nothing. They don’t stand by their product nor their service and have done absolutely nothing to make it right so I warn anyone who tries to order from them. I hope no one has to spend $12k to receive the awful experience we have had to deal with and are STILL dealing with over 7 months after we ordered these doors and STILL don’t have it right!!!!
