We have had the best experience with Window World! After receiving quotes from different window companies; we decided to call Window World. Reni was my initial contact and she was very friendly and accommodating. She set up our consultation and told me her son Todd would be out to give us a quote. From the initial meeting with Todd coming out to our home for the measurements and quotes to our final decision; everything went smoothly. Todd was awesome to work with, he was very pleasant, great at communicating and he kept us aware of every step along the way. We initially decided to replace our three front windows with the black Simonton daylight max windows and two exterior doors. Cameron and Jason were our installers and they were amazing! They were professional, courteous, efficient and very skilled at their job. Todd was also very present during the install making sure everything was going well. After seeing how amazing these windows looked, we had to do the back of the home as well. Todd came back out to our home and we ordered the remaining windows for the back of the home. We had the slider and three more windows installed. Again, the installers did a fantastic job. Our neighbors are all commenting on how wonderful our new windows and doors look. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic experience from start to finish!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Window World, especially working with Todd. I had to replace all 10 of my original 1968 single-pane windows and a large sliding glass door in my home. I got quotes from four different companies, and every single one told me the same thing—that my two-panel sliding glass door would have to be converted into a three-panel door because “glass that size doesn’t exist anymore.” Todd from Window World immediately shut that down. He confidently told me they could keep it as two pieces, just the way I wanted. And they did! On top of that, I had a vision for a picture window with a small slider at the top and Todd brought it to life. He was the only one who really listened and helped make my ideas a reality. I was in a tough spot getting a home after going through a financially stressful situation, moving to Sacramento, and trying to replace all the original windows and doors before even fully moving in. Todd completely understood the stress I was under. As a first-time homeowner, I had no idea what the process looked like, but he walked me through every step clearly and patiently. He never made me feel like just another customer. His natural ability to make clients feel like friends is rare and incredibly valuable in this industry. Thanks to Todd and the entire team at Window World, my house feels more secure and looks like it got a major face lift!

Window World came highly recommended to me, and there’s no question as to why. After several meetings and quotes, I knew this would be the best choice for my home. This is probably the most professional and personable company I’ve ever worked with. Todd was always communicative and punctual. Great email and text follow ups. The installers, Cameron and Jason, were extremely punctual and professional, and did a beautiful job on 6 windows and 2 patios doors all in one day! I’m an actually looking forward to when I need to update the rest of the windows because of this experience with them. Thanks so much!

We had an amazing experience with Window World from start to finish. The owner Todd came out for the quote and measurements and was wonderful in the process of helping us select our windows. The installers Dean and Richard were awesome and true professionals. They installed a total of 16 windows in two days in our 1940’s home. Thank you so much to the Window World team for giving our home some new and much needed life. We are very happy with our “New” home.
