I had my house built three years ago, and we chose Fenêtre St-Paul. I had a problem with my patio door; it had ice on it. A very professional service technician came yesterday after I submitted a service request by email. Everything is fixed, at no cost, and the door is like new. Thank you again!
Brothers Pierre-Luc and Eric-Alexandre Girard did an impeccable installation of my 5 windows. They took the time to set up properly, including carpets on the floors, canvases on the furniture and beds, and picked up the debris at the end. Hats off to them.
I was looking for door frames and even contacted another company on St-Paul Boulevard where I bought the doors three years ago. They never returned my call and gave me poor answers. So I contacted St-Paul Doors and Windows and was treated like a valued customer. They also designed the frames very quickly.Wow! I'm definitely not going anywhere else in the future. Other companies, once they've made a sale, neglect you, whereas St-Paul Doors and Windows never sold me anything but took good care of me.Thanks again!
I had all my windows and doors done by them, and to my surprise, one window that was supposed to open is fixed, and the door color is lighter than I had chosen. When I wanted to wash my black patio door before moving, I couldn't believe my eyes: the paint was peeling off, and the door turned white in the areas I washed. We contacted them, and they replied that it wasn't their responsibility, that it was the supplier's. We asked them to contact their supplier for some basic service or assistance, and they offered us a black crayon to paint the bottom of the door and a $75.00 credit for a 10-foot patio door that peels off when washed. I do not recommend them because they don't care about their customers. I am bitterly disappointed with this company; be wary before doing business with them. I STRONGLY ADVISED MY CONTRACTOR TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM
Terrible service. They tell me, "We'll call you when it arrives to schedule an appointment." No call. When I call for an update, they tell me it's received, but the person who handles appointments isn't there and will call me back. No call. After several calls trying to reach the right person, they tell me, "I'll check your file and call you back." No call... I call to reach the person, but they're not there and will call. The next day, I have to call again to reach the person, and they tell me my area was covered the day before, and they don't know when they'll be able to install my order, which was received two weeks ago... So they have my deposit and my order in their inventory, but it's impossible to get an installation appointment... I feel like I'm being given the runaround every time I call. No one ever returns my call. I'll never do business with them again.
