I would give zero stars. Absolutely no service. I requested a quote for a broken thermos flask and waited all day because this business doesn't schedule appointments, as if they were delivering furniture. I called at the end of the day to find out what was going on, and the response was: "That's strange, I'll check and call you back." No return call, not even the following week. The result: a lost day of work and a still-broken thermos flask, and I live right next door. Who am I supposed to send the bill to? Just say in your voicemail if you don't want to fix it; I won't waste my time.

Very good service. Glass installed meticulously in 16 glass doors. Courteous staff. I've done business with them several times and they've always done a good job. You sometimes have to be patient and understanding because reliable staff is an increasingly rare commodity and they have a large clientele.
