The side panel window on my garden window would not close all the way. I contacted A M Richard's and the immediately scheduled a technician to come out and provide an estimate. The tech arrived on time and immediately found the problem. A little WD40 and problem solved. NO CHARGE!! just owner ignorance.Great company and staff. I will use them every time I need service or windows and I recommend this company highly.
New windows for our administration building that is nearly 100 years old and they look FABULOUS! The crew was excellent. They were easy and fun to work with. I definitely recommend. This was an easy project from start to finish!
Our 20 year old Andersen french door in the basement has not opened in a couple of years due to a number of reasons. Brenden got it working!!!! His expertise and problem solving ability are amazing These abilities are also equal to his professionalism. I also want to give a shout out to Jill in their office. I was racing to get some windows repaired before closing on the sale of a house. There was a mix up with scheduling that very possibly was on my end. Doug the owner came out personally the day I called back to find out when my appointment was scheduled since I had forgotten what was scheduled. He gave me a quick assessment and quote. Then he had someone out first thing the next morning and got the job done. Very happy with how well they took care of me on what would typically be a small job and treated it as though it was a big bid.
We've had AM Richards replace windows in our home several times over the last 3 years. Everyone we have dealt with from measurement (Doug/Steven) to install (Brendan and crew) has been professional and pleasant to work with. Jill and Loretta in the office were efficient and friendly too. I love that this is a local and family owned company and they care about doing a great job for the customer. There were some supply issues with Andersen windows, but AM Richards made sure that everything was satisfactory. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I have just 4 more windows that may need replacement in the future. We will definitely work with them again.
