They got us in right away, they communicated when the service employee was on his way and they're prices were FAR better then Safelite. I will highly recommend their business to family and friends!!
Another company refused to come to my house to replace windshield due to needing the sensors added back ononut this company was able to do it and willing to do it at my home
The service to replace my window shield was awesome! Dakota was the man who did it and he was professional and kind. He did a great job and the new window shield looks great. I really like how he came to my house to do the replacementas this was the ultimate in convenience and I was very happy with how reasonable it all cost . I highly recommend this company.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! I own auto body shops and had used these guys without a problem until now. They did a windshield replacement and recalibration in a fairly new truck. Once they were done with the install and recalibration indicator lights appeared stating a bling spot issue directly related to the work they had just completed. In fact the customer who owns the truck called us while they were repairing it and as said his app notified him of the issue for the first time while they were working on it. When we informed them of the issue the response was that it was like that prior to them touching it and it was not their problem, told us to take it to a dealership to fix their mistake. We know for certain that it was not like that as we have photos of the dashboard prior to the windshield replacement . This is 100% their fault and they refuse to handle it. I will now have to handle the issue myself and will end up in small claims with them to recover my additional expenses. I obviously will never use them again and would suggest you don’t either.
The installer showed up on time. Was very professional and did a great job. The price was the best I could find and the new windshield looks great! I strongly recommend Glass Doctor of St. Charles! Thanks guys!!!
