Great people, locally owned
They put glass into my cabinet doors, the selection they had to pick from was really awesome and fun to look at!!My mom, Tammie Masters, also used them 20 years ago and how a wonderful experience then too!!
Extremly unprofessional. Asked them to give a bid and start work on a door with structural issues. After numerous calls a man came out and said he would calculate a bid for the work. They had to be called back to ask where we stood with the bid and start of work, they said they would have something soon. They had to be called back again two or three times and they finally said they would start work at the beginning of the next week. The next Friday they still hadn't shown up, spoke with the receptionist who had already failed to return a number of calls. This had gone on for 3 weeks! She became rude and defensive and said they had a lot of other work to do and she wasn't going to talk to me anymore.
