Affordable Windows of Texas

We love the windows Michael and his crew did for our upstairs windows for our kids rooms. They are so much better than the old windows we had. We feel a big difference in temperature and the noise reduction has been great! We were happy with the pricing of the windows, it’s definitely been a big upgrade.

We bought a new house and wanted a estimate of new windows before closing. A lot of companies I called would not even provided an estimate until we officially owned the place. I called Mike and he said he would come out to give an estimate. He came out the next day and met with our real estate agent. He gave a quote of installing new window the same day. After about 20 days the house closed and I reached back out to Mike to come back out to do the final measurements before the windows were ordered. About 4 weeks later the windows arrived and they started on the installation of the 25 windows. They finished in 4 days. I was truly amazed by the quality of install. His crew is top notch. Mike was very responsive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Affordable windows of Texas.

In March 2025, we had all of our ugly 26 yo windows replaced in our rock home. Mike McKinny beat the competitors pricing, he has a great personality, he's super easy to work with and has been responsive throughout. Affordable Windows of Texas used very nice quality products from WINCORE. Mike knows his business! We were also impressed with the contractors. They had a huge job on their hands; they were very efficient, very polite, respectful, and they cleaned up well. We’re seeing savings in our electric bill already, and the windows make the home FEEL so much better! They are beautiful. I highly recommend working with Mike and his teams.

What a great experience in managing window replacements for my Mother’s home. Mike was unbelievable responsive and had a same day quote for me. The entire process was absolutely seamless and the quality of the product installed is unparalleled. I hope if you are in the market for new windows for a new build or replacement windows for current home you will reach out to Affordable Windows of Texas. You will not be disappointed with the quality product and more importantly the excellent customer service. Thanks Mike, Mom loves the picture window and the ease of cleaning all the others. She has shared your contact with 3 neighbors…cheers!

I can’t say enough about how great they were! From beginning to the end…quote to completion of the project. They did an amazing job with 5 windows, including changing two to a large picture window overlooking our pool and two facing the front of the house. They were efficient, on time, and cleaned up so well afterwards. The price was so much less than other quotes we had received. Mike was great to work with and wouldn’t take a penny until the work was completed to our satisfaction, not even to order the windows. I will be using him again at Affordable Windows of Texas! Here are the before and after photos!
