I have multiple sets of Pella French doors in my home that were installed in 2009. I have owned the home for almost 7 years and have had multiple issues with the doors closing properly. Pella San Antonio has come out each time I needed service for $250-$300 charge and adjusted the doors. Now they are telling me that they cannot resolve the problem and that I should contact a handyman. Great service from a nationwide company ??
Shawn Stevens has been a big part of the Thomas Jefferson High School Restoration San Antonio in which we are replacing over 540 windows throughout the campus. We woke up to our picture window cracking. We purchased our windows through Lowes. The crack appeared to be a fault in the glass. We contacted Lowes and after sending us, to many other people, who had sent us to another and another and going through weeks of waiting and no help, we called Pella. From the first conversation they were pleasant and helpful, and then when the actual installation of our window occurred, the installers were fast, efficient and courteous. We could not of ask for anything better. Thank you, Pella, for having such service
After a decade of living in our home, we finally upgraded our front door and got multiple bids. We found that many popular brands were selling the same Door in San Antonio and Pella came in, not only at the lowest price, but had a good quality installation as well. It is now the centerpiece of our home and we absolutely love it. If we are looking for replacing any more doors in our home, we will definitely go to Pella San Antonio. We did have a few after installation items that need to be cared for and the project manager is on top of it and we should be anticipating getting those things fixed this week.
