Window World TX

We had them do our windows and back sliding door so then we had them do our siding. Ingemar came back and gave us the estimate for the siding, again no pressure. We had the pleasure of working with Ana Garcia who was our siding project manager and she was on top of everything we needed and even if we changed our minds on a certain color she was always professional. She was always attentive to our needs and would come by our house to check on the progress of the work everyday. She was very personable and easy to work with and went above and beyond. Gerry Aguilar and his crew were always professional and courteous to us when we would show up, they were always here early. Every last detail Gerry and his crew took care of. Our house looks totally different and amazing!! Thak you Window World of SA!

After 4 decades, it was highly obvious I needed new windows, patio slider and front door. Started the process about 6 months ago and got multiple quotes. In the end, the clear choice was; “We don’t stand behind our windows, We stand on our windows.” That’s right, Window World offered the best overall package. Top rated windows & doors, A GREAT & Transferable LIFETIME warranty and a price that was realistic with no hard sell pressure. From my sales rep, the measurement specialist, the installation crew and all the staff keeping you informed and getting the installation scheduled after our ‘custom manufactured to specs’ windows & doors were completed, you can’t go wrong. Window World has been around and into a third generation of local family owned. I know that if in one year or ten years if I have any problems, they will be here for me. With Window World, your decision is not a purchase, but an investment in your home that creates value and comfort.

The entire process was so positive! From saleswoman Hilary to the gentleman who measured all 19 windows in a 1920 Bungalow. The installation team was exceptional! Had all the original 1920 sash cord & weight windows removed in 4.5 hours! New windows in place same day. Next day was caulking and trimwork. I restored my home in 2017 and that work was excellent. Window World’s installation team were equally exceptional and I am ecstatically happy with my new windows! Living next to downtown, I can no longer hear IH-10 traffic, airplanes, sirens or neighborhood fireworks ;) Thanks to Window World for a wonderful experience.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company by far!! Max and his team arrived exactly on time and explained how the installation was going to be performed. They were extremely professional, courteous, and worked nonstop until they completed the job. As an executive of a construction company I must say that I was very impressed with the impeccable quality of the work, attention to detail and cleanliness of the area after job completion. Highly recommend Window World for any installation, thank you for an outstanding job!

We love our new windows and doors. Max Seifert and his team were wonderful. They included some extra touches that weren’t part of the install, but were deemed by them as necessary. Much appreciated. Max is so personable and hard-working. Leah Price, the sales consultant, was amazing, as well. She made planning process so easy. They both represented their company well. Thanks Window World!!
