Reviews
What customers say
Customers describe helpful, personal guidance: Jonmarie helped track down replacement parts for 20-year-old patio doors, and owner Jeff Wilcox offered advice and dealer recommendations to a customer whose small project he could not take on. A customer who bought glass door sliders for a remodel reported that they lacked adjustment for a proper fit, had defective rubber weather gaskets from installation, and later had no replacement parts available after the product was discontinued.
Customer Reviews
Philip Chigos
Purchased 4 large glass door sliders from Glass Concepts for a remodel. We were sold four very high-end (expensive) sliders that were poorly designed, such as no adjustment capabilities to ensure a proper fit, and the rubber weather gaskets were defective from installation. Months after installation, we were told that the product was no longer in production and that there were no replacement parts for faulty gaskets. I expected a higher level of product support from such a "high-end" supplier.

Jonmarie helped me track down replacements parts for my 20 year old patio doors and was super helpful!

Not a "drop-in" kind of place. Nice enough ppl and products but meh.
