Two windshield customers, however, reported problems: one described an incorrectly installed seal and said ABS Glass would not stand behind the work; another said a lane-departure camera issue was disclosed only after replacement and that the dash cam was turned off during a test drive.

You've been warned.
If I had to give a summary I would just say 'Unprofessional'
There are a lot of important things that they didn't inform me of until it was after the fact and too late. For example, my cars lane departure cameras showed as failed BEFORE they replaced the glass but they didn't think it was important to let me know until after the glass was replaced and the cameras (shockingly) failed to calibrate.
They didn't tell me they had to drive the car over 65mph for a certain amount of time, which ended up being around 20-30 minutes based on the amount of gas missing. Oddly, they turned off my dash cam during this test drive.
There has been no response on why exactly the dash cam needed to be turned off for the test drive. I cant think of any legitimate reasons.
The entire process was unprofessional.
Not trust worthy. Not going back.

Thank you to Rocio, Joanna, Ana, and Jose for all the help you gave me on my glass project. I’m very pleased with the glass covers they made for my furniture. They were professional and friendly. When there was a small error with delivery Rocio went above and beyond to take care of it. Mistakes happen and they went above what was necessary to fix it. Would use again and recommend to others.
