**** READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ****You've been warned.If I had to give a summary I would just say 'Unprofessional'There are a lot of important things that they didn't inform me of until it was after the fact and too late. For example, my cars lane departure cameras showed as failed BEFORE they replaced the glass but they didn't think it was important to let me know until after the glass was replaced and the cameras (shockingly) failed to calibrate.They didn't tell me they had to drive the car over 65mph for a certain amount of time, which ended up being around 20-30 minutes based on the amount of gas missing. Oddly, they turned off my dash cam during this test drive.There has been no response on why exactly the dash cam needed to be turned off for the test drive. I cant think of any legitimate reasons.The entire process was unprofessional.Not trust worthy. Not going back.
Thank you to Rocio, Joanna, Ana, and Jose for all the help you gave me on my glass project. I’m very pleased with the glass covers they made for my furniture. They were professional and friendly. When there was a small error with delivery Rocio went above and beyond to take care of it. Mistakes happen and they went above what was necessary to fix it. Would use again and recommend to others.
Jeff and Jose did an exceptional job replacing my front windshield. I paid extra for them to come to my house, and they had no problem with me observing the process. They meticulously cleaned and prepped everything, taking a cautious and detail-oriented approach. I appreciate the time and effort they put into the job.
ABS Glass is a great locally owned business that has done many jobs for me, big and small. Their prices and service are terrific and they have a streamlined estimate and order system that makes any job very efficient.
Had a windshield replaced and installation was done incorrectly, the seal was too low on top and tight on one side.They wouldn't stand behind their work and suggested I have another glass company do it and they would reimburse the cost.It took me a couple months to find someone with the help from my insurance to get a proper install which was preformed by Safellite Auto Glass and the result was night and day difference.I always prefer to work with a local company, it will never be with ABS Glass.Good luck with this company.
