The professional service I recently received from Ocean Glass has been remarkable. Timothy, Ricky and Beto made my purchase of a new shower surround and repair/additions to my sliding glass doors stress-free. Everything was handled promptly and with integrity. Moreover, the bill was $1000.00 less than the glass company I have used in the past. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and results.

UPDATE: Since my bad experience, the owner reached out to me to try and fix the problem. He arrived at my home to explain to me that he spoke to his staff and that he wasn’t happy with what happened. He DID make up for this issue by throwing in 3 free screens and discounting the other remaining screens.

I had a horrible experience with Tim and his store. I ordered a glass for my table and 3 screens a few months ago. I was told that they were running about a week behind on the screens when they delivered the glass (which I was very unhappy with). I asked the delivery guys to have Tim call me and after a few days, I never got a call back so I called again and left a message with someone. Today, Aug 24, I get a call telling me that the screens are in and I told them I don’t want them any more and that they would call me back. They showed up at my door today with only one screen out of the three. I refused the order and made sure to tell the delivery guys that I would be posting this horrible review on google and Yelp and to pass it on to Tim. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS! Do not buy from them.
