Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The installation was rushed and the interior caulking work is sloppy and highly visible, which is not the standard you expect after a major investment in new windows. To make matters worse, debris and trash were left behind in the yard for us to clean up.

Communication throughout the process felt dismissive, which only added to the frustration.

The one bright spot was George, who genuinely tried to help and took a more professional and respectful approach to resolving the concerns.

We chose this company based on its reputation, so this outcome was surprising. We hope they take more care with workmanship, cleanup, and customer communication in the future.

I used DunRite for my windows and doors during Covid 3 years ago. They did a fantastic job on installation and beating all companies on pricing, but sold their labor and warranty as a selling point. I had a leak in a window and some failing concrete caulk on other windows. I contacted them and they had a team come out a week later and removed all defective concrete sealer where it was defective and stuccoed the areas for a permanent fix. The repair was painless and due to their operation manager Matt who was experienced and organized the process was seamless with a quality repair. Having a warranty team proved to be golden 3 years after installation. Thank you

From the start, Dunrite was different from other window companies that came out to quote. Tony, the sales manager is a very personable guy and he couldn’t wait to brag about his company. In hindsight, it’s very easy to see why. Once he explained why I should choose Dunrite, he was willing to quote anything we wanted, not what he thought we should have. You want the most economical good quality vinyl? You got it. You want highest quality fiberglass? You got it. Tony met us at their new showroom and let us see/touch/feel the difference between the most economical, the most expensive and everything in between and answered all our questions. We didn’t want to deal with a terrible 10’ window in our kitchen because we were afraid it would snowball into many problems. Tony assured us without pressuring that Dunrite could definitely handle it. He was absolutely right. They removed a collapsing outdoor bar that was pulling our window off the house, shored up the structure, installed new siding and a beautiful new window. The installation team, Corey and Demitri, are the best I’ve ever encountered. They are quick, very knowledgeable, very neat, respectful of you and your property, and great at communication. I was never unsure of what was happening. George came by every day of our job, at least once to make sure everything was going well. He’s a great supervisor, excellent at communication and treats the crew and his customers with respect. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when I spoke to them. And Chris finished our interior drywall and texture wonderfully. Their window quote included all this structural and drywall work that no other window company would touch and their price was right in line with all the other companies. All i heard from every employee was how great the owner, Sal, is and how much he cares about quality. It shows! It was a pleasure doing business with Dunrite every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use them for our doors next.
Update: We’re currently working with DunRite on door quotes. And looking back at this year’s APS bill, since the April windows install, we’ve saved $300 year over year.

Second time we’ve used DunRite for windows/doors. Previously was at our condo here where we replaced all the windows. This time at our new home we needed a bathroom window replaced as well as a large 3-panel slider. We wanted this one to “stack” to one side so we looked at options from Chris and selected one. It had a longer lead time, but we were convinced it was the “right” one and got it on order. Both the door and the window were installed today and our experience was equally good as our first one several years ago. The install team (led by Kevin) was amazing. Their knowledge & meticulous attention to every detail was impressive to say the least! All four of them were polite, professional & worked together as a true team. They were efficient and finished the job on schedule. They had covered everything that might be touched by any dust or dirt and then carefully removed the plastic when finished. They did a great job cleaning up, sweeping & vacuuming leaving the work areas spotless. These guys are truly the best and I would never use anyone else for new windows or doors here in the valley. Great job DunRite team!

I shopped about 20 companies for our whole house window replacement project, and from the sales process with Rick Ritivoy, to working with the office to schedule my project in stages (bathroom windows had to go in first as a shower remodel was contingent on having those in before it could begin) to the actual work being performed, my entire experience was excellent. A lot of companies out there tried the hard sell, which fell flat, but DunRite was happy to work with me over email first and I went went them because of the double lifetime warranty on the windows, and the lifetime labor warranty, on top of having the best price for the types of windows I wanted.

Chris, Matt, Jason, and the rest of the crew that did my install were all very professional and accommodating to all requests. They were a pleasure to work with!

I’ve had a lot of contractors in and out of my house that last couple months, and DunRite far exceeded all other companies. I would definitely use them again!!!
