Preferred Glass And Windows

I have lived in my home for 35 years and eventually had to replace all the windows. I wish I would have known about Preferred Glass sooner because I've had to replace some of the replaced windows a few times. I have had trouble with leaks or windows that are difficult to open and close. I was sold on the idea that I was purchasing the best product on the market but it turned out that I was given a sales pitch by a guy who knew nothing about windows.
I highly recommend Preferred Glass. They specialize in glass products and their sales department give expert advice and will walk you through the entire process, explaining every detail of the installation. They have replaced 3 windows for me and they still slide open with one finger ease.
They also made and installed a mirror between a hanging cabinet and a countertop that required precise measurements. It was beautifully done. They also made a glass table top to protect my marble coffee table. It fits perfectly and doesn't slide out of place. The table looks like it was made that way.
I have found in my many years of home ownership that you shouldn't cut corners on things intended to last a long time. You get what you pay for: inexpensive ends up expensive.
I'd give Preferred Glass 10 stars if I could.

The Preferred Team, Christopher, Bruce and Alex did an amazing job with our great new shower door.
The design, product and installation is just great. We love it. It makes it such a great start to each morning.

Thank you Allen, Eric, and the rest of the team who replaced windows in our home! Sorry I can't remember the other workers but none the less great job guys! They replaced 20 windows and a back door in 3 days, very impressive. Allen also helped out my mom with some windows in her house and she referred me since they did such a great job for her. Allen was very informative, personable, and went above and beyond the call of duty for us. I would highly recommend Preferred Glass and Windows to family and friends!

In the past I have used Preferred glass for two showers and glass cupboards...the install and the look has been fabulous.

This time we decided to replace windows in our home. Preferred is a Milgard rep and Chris is their expert and a great guy. He came to our home and accepted all our custom requests with a very reasonable quote. We went to 3 different companies and by far, Preferred was the best price and was willing to honor all our special requests. All the staff are great and very respectful.

The install had its difficulties but they did not give up and even called in Milgard for an extra inspection. We also had a problem with one window that Alan the owner, replaced at no charge.

I would highly recommend Preferred for your window replacement & glass needs.
