Today, July 7th, 2025 we reached out to our insurance about a rock that hit window shield and had a nickel size crack. Insurance recommended Clearview Glass and let us know the cost should be 60.00 or less and if repairable USAA will cover all costs for repair. I was like great!!. The company is family owned and operated, very friendly, and supportive. My father us disabled and the repair was done in less that 20 minutes with him in the car with air conditioning. Excellent repair and service and I would recommend to family and friends. Also if you have USAA, the repair is free . Just call USAA and they give you a referral and call to get your appt. So easy and top quality and service

They repaired a window at my home. Professional level work. Unprofessional level customer service. I had to call repeatedly to find out status. I wasted PTO trusting their commitments. Eventually asked them to just fix it without my being present. It took over a month for them to complete the job. Not my jam; probably going to use someone else in the future. Work was professional, though.

I made the insurance claim Friday. The lady at the front desk called me around 9:30 AM Monday morning to schedule a time to get my windshield replaced. Dropped off my 4Runner earlier than the scheduled drop off time and they were cool with that. Got a call later that afternoon about a half hour before close saying the job was finished. They did a great job and everything went smoothly. Will be using this company in the future for glass repairs.
