The person who recommended this company loves his windows. I have had an overall good experience so far. When my windows are in and functional, I will bump this to a 5 star.That said, April is, by far, the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with in 40+ years. If I ever again have to deal with April, I will just take my business elswhere... period.
I'm a contractor in SE Idaho. Decent windows for price, issues with DH though. Ordered windows through a dealer. They installed fine. The sliders and single hung, function good. But the 5 double hung windows I ordered, extremely disappointed.It's difficult to close both sides tight enough to properly latch. 1 window split a crack in the plastic next to the locking mechanism. On another window the operating spring snapped it's string after maybe 10 uses. (Homeowners haven't even moved in yet) Was able to order new springs fairly easily though for 10$.Other than the DH, all in all they're decent vinyl windows that get the job done. In the future though I'm going to spend more money and buy Tilt-Turns, instead of sliders and hung windows.
Attractive product, but good luck getting any repairs or replacements once you spend money with this company. Horrible customer service. Refused to make replacements for windows made by them less than 2 years ago. Claims they have no information on the window order that was made for an entire apartment complex.
We had their windows installed a couple years ago. Very impressed with the quality, warranty and service. Justin from Tacoma came out to fix a few loose latches. He arrived on time. He did it very quickly. He also fixed a screen for free. The screen was damaged not by the company but possibly a bird. Very grateful for their great service, quality and professionalism! Highly recommend them.
I’m so impressed! We worked with Darrell Wolfe to order custom windows and a tight deadline. He was thorough and easy to work with. He was transparent about their pricing and had examples of the products they offer. Our windows were delivered in 3 weeks and for a stunning price. We had two other quotes for triple the price. We will always order windows from Darrell. We also love that they manufacture here in Spokane.
