My name is Dale my wife and I purchased windows with paradise exteriors. Bernie was our sales person. He was great. He also had done work at our sister‘s house and we were both very happy. We have not had any installation issues. They cleaned up well afterwards, we believe the shrink in the integrity, the winds has been good we were shown by Bill Porter that they are hurricane impact triple pane windows in the future we would be willing to refer folks to others for paradise. We thought the communication with the company from start to finish was very good
I thought the salesman did a good job. He was very informative. I thought the installation is a hole went very well however it was very dirty afterwards and I had to clean everything. I had to paint the trim around the windows upon installation as well if I would’ve known, I would’ve called the company and they could’ve taken care of it for me. I think the strength and integrity of the windows is good however there’s not been a storm yet so I don’t really know. I hope they do well. I thought that the communication with the company was very good, but they should’ve told me that the concrete dust was gonna be so bad and they should’ve covered more of my house inside. I would be willing to recommend paradise to others and I thought I got a fair price
Paradise Exteriors was a great experience - from the initial call to sales the last install process! And their warranty cannot be beat!!I had two window units replaced. They did an excellent job in removing the 1973 original windows and the quality of the windows put in was better than any windows I have had in the past. They are hurricane rated supporting superior strength and integrity. Communication was easy with no problem reaching the person I needed to speak with.

I love the way the new doors make the house look. I felt like the salesman did a very good job. He sold me the product. The install was great.
