My name is Dale my wife and I purchased windows with paradise exteriors. Bernie was our sales person. He was great. He also had done work at our sister‘s house and we were both very happy. We have not had any installation issues. They cleaned up well afterwards, we believe the shrink in the integrity, the winds has been good we were shown by Bill Porter that they are hurricane impact triple pane windows in the future we would be willing to refer folks to others for paradise. We thought the communication with the company from start to finish was very good

I had to paint the trim around the windows upon installation as well if I would’ve known, I would’ve called the company and they could’ve taken care of it for me. I think the strength and integrity of the windows is good however there’s not been a storm yet so I don’t really know. I hope they do well. I thought that the communication with the company was very good, but they should’ve told me that the concrete dust was gonna be so bad and they should’ve covered more of my house inside. I would be willing to recommend paradise to others and I thought I got a fair price

I had two window units replaced. They did an excellent job in removing the 1973 original windows and the quality of the windows put in was better than any windows I have had in the past. They are hurricane rated supporting superior strength and integrity. Communication was easy with no problem reaching the person I needed to speak with.

I recently had all the windows and sliding glass doors in my home replaced with impact-rated products by Paradise Exteriors, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. First and foremost, the sales process was exceptional thanks to Bill Porter. Bill was consultative, professional, and extremely respectful of my time. He really knew his products inside and out, and he guided me through a confident decision-making process.

The installation itself was done on schedule and with excellent craftsmanship. All the windows and doors were installed using top-quality materials, and the team delivered exactly what they promised. I also really appreciated the company’s overall integrity and follow-through. They’ve been in business for many years, and it shows in how smoothly they operate and how well they stand by their work.

The only small hiccup was a minor communication issue between the inside sales team and Bill while we were finalizing the quote. It seemed like the internal coordination could have been a bit tighter, but it was a very minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

Overall, I highly recommend Paradise Exteriors for anyone looking to upgrade to impact-rated windows and doors. They deliver quality, expertise, and solid service.

I thought that the strength and integrity of the products is amazing. However, we have not had a hurricane yet so we’re waiting to see. I thought I’d start to finish. The communication with the company was very good and I would be willing to refer Paradise Exteriors to others.
