I wanted to replace my fireplace glass as it was damaged from carbon and had a milky film on it which I could not remove with fireplace glass cleaner Being the OCD person I am, Chris the employee recommended I try to clean it with ashes. Apparently it works well. I will certainly try it. If this works,Chris has saved me approx. $500.00. Obviously Bestway is an honest company and are not out to rip off people. I must say the owner was also very supportive and pleasant with my attempt to try the ashes first before new purchase. Thanks again Bestway. We need more merchants like you.
I needed a large glass panel replaced for a window with a broken seal. The sales people and installers (Jeff and Jaime) were very friendly and professional. Timeline from when window was measured, ordered and installed was under 2 weeks. Installation only took an hour and looks great. Very pleased with the service at Best-way glass.
Great service and staff! I bought a vintage vanity that only came with one of the two glass pieces. They made the missing piece for me perfectly and it was so fast, same day turnaround. They even cleaned up the original piece for me, so kind! 10/10 recommend.
Awesome fast friendly service from Andy at Best way, solved a broken window/spring clip problem quickly, was able to receive photos and somewhat diagnose over the phone, had a crew in my area the next day and didn’t even charge for the commute. 5/5 will be recommending Best-Way Glass to anyone needing repairs.
