Thought I'd save a buck with Urban Windows. Read all the other bad reviews too, but figured maybe they'd turned a corner. I was wrong, and shame on me for not listening.

Their frames are weak junk. Put in bigger picture windows and the frames can't even support the glass properly. Started bowing almost right away. Company was useless to deal with.

Now I'm paying for it twice, having to get a couple windows ripped out and replaced by an actual decent product. That cheap price cost me way more in the end.

Listen to what everyone else is saying. The reviews don't lie. Go somewhere else.
