Thought I'd save a buck with Urban Windows. Read all the other bad reviews too, but figured maybe they'd turned a corner. I was wrong, and shame on me for not listening.Their frames are weak junk. Put in bigger picture windows and the frames can't even support the glass properly. Started bowing almost right away. Company was useless to deal with.Now I'm paying for it twice, having to get a couple windows ripped out and replaced by an actual decent product. That cheap price cost me way more in the end.Listen to what everyone else is saying. The reviews don't lie. Go somewhere else.
Urban Windows is an excellent company to deal with! Their windows and doors are fairly priced. Their honesty and professionalism stood out to me. I installed the windows myself, and Claude, the owner, was incredibly patient and responsive—he returned my texts and calls promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommend!
I recommend urban windows hands down! They did a great job! Got it done fast when we wanted it done and price was very competitive!Rob and Dwight our installers did a fantastic job! Quality work, here every day nice and early and if we had any problems or concerns they where sure to address them! Quality installer’s definitely make a big difference.
