We are very happy with our frameless shower glass. Multiglass of Texas was quick to get it measured and installed. When the installers came, one corner had been cut slightly wrong. They took it back and had a new piece cut and installed within two days. The glass looks beautiful! The installers were professional and pleasant. A great experience overall.
Contractors showed up the very next day with glass to install. They only asked a few questions pertaining to size and color. They were in and out within an hours timeframe. I was pretty pleased with the response time and price. I just have one suggestion as a person who has very light flooring. Any, and all contractors should be prepared to either remove their shoes or utilize shoe coverings when working at particular customers homes.
I called Multi-Glass to get an estimate for replacement broken windows versus replacing the entire window frame. They gave me the numbers and it would cost twice as much to put new window frames versus replacing the glass. I hired Multi- glass to do this work. Wow! They did an excellent job! My windows look brand new! You could not tell that only the glass was replaced. A huge savings and top notch customer service! They had to get the measurements perfect to match the design of the existing glass and they did. I’m very impressed with this type of craftsmanship and customer service. Excellent! Thanks
