Window Man

Title: Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish – Highly Recommend! I rarely write reviews, but Andrew and his team at Window-Man.ca deserve every bit of praise. After months of frustration shopping for a new front door – endless design options and wildly inconsistent quotes that felt like bait-and-switch tactics – I stumbled across Window-Man.ca. I was immediately impressed by the beautiful selection and quality of work shown on the site. I requested a quote and, within 24 hours, Andrew came back with a very fair price. Skeptical from past experiences, I emailed him directly and said I’d only move forward if the quote was real and final. He responded instantly confirming it was accurate – and then went one better by offering legitimate ways to bring the price down even further. No games, no hidden fees, just straight-up honesty. That alone sold me. He asked for photos of my existing door, confirmed fit, then came out personally to take precise measurements and collect a small deposit. Six weeks later the door was ready. Andrew was incredibly flexible with scheduling and we picked a mild day that worked perfectly. On install day, Andrew and Alex arrived right on time – no subcontractors, just the owner himself and his skilled partner. They worked a solid 6+ hours with zero breaks (I offered to order lunch twice and both politely declined because they didn’t want to stop!). Watching them was like watching craftsmen who truly take pride in their work – perfectly coordinated, meticulous attention to every detail, never rushing, and treating my home like it was their own. When they left, the new door looked stunning and you’d never know they’d been there – everything was cleaned up spotlessly. I now have a gorgeous, perfectly installed front door and complete trust in this company. Andrew and his team are the real deal – honest, skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. I’m already planning my next projects and they’ll be the only ones I call. If you’re tired of shady contractors and want the job done right by people you can actually trust, do yourself a favour and go with Window-Man.ca. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Andrew and Alex (and Anastasia) – you’ve earned a customer for life! Ray Drew

Incredible quality work, unbeatable price! Super thrilled about my new windows from "Window Man"! Andrew's crew was professional, courteous, they took their time and paid attention to every detail, inside and outside but still finished the job quickly having replaced 7 windows! It is a pleasure to recommend "Window Man" to anyone who is looking for affordable quality windows.

Andrew and the team at Window Man were amazing from the initial consultation to installation. Andrew was professional, reliable, honest and responsive. Also, his prices were unbeatable. No gimmicks, no run-around, just 100% professional and honest service. I totally recommend Window Man and will be using them exclusively on projects moving forward. Thanks for the amazing door and install!

Andrew replaced our front door a few weeks ago and the transformation is incredible! It looks better than we could have imagined since the work was efficiently and professionally done. From start to finish, Andrew made the process easy - he showed us photos of his work which helped us to imagine what to expect, he quickly responded to texts/phone calls, and his quote was the most affordable one we received. We really appreciated his friendliness and honesty (compared to many other businesses who make it clear that they only care about the money). When we needed him to check on something after the installation, Andrew made a trip downtown just to make sure we were happy! Not only have we passed on his number to our admiring neighbours, but we plan to have Window Man come back to do more work in the future! Do not hesitate to get a quote or hire him on the spot...you won't be disappointed. Thanks for updating the look and value of our house Andrew!!!

This was an overall great and easy experience. We are glad that we chose to deal with Andrew. Fast responses, easy to deal with and professional responses (even on a Sunday) made this experience so smooth. We uses them for our front door but will definitely consider them for any window replacements. Prices were fair and workmanship was quick and professional. Full door glass insert.
