Dandoy did a custom install on two of our baths. From working with the estimator to the installment teams, it all went very well and we’re pleased with the outcome. I deleted a star due to the front office staff. I am always pleasant and not sure why they are are short, rude and don’t let me explain….just downright mean. For example, the sweep on the door has broken a few times and they told me just bring it back and they’ will replace it. I am not looking for “free” but just to explain that I am a customer? So I pay my $25 each time for my $8k job I gave them.
Pleasantly surpised! I called Dandoy and 1 other glass company to get quotes. I needed my sliding glass door replaced as quickly and professionally as possible. I was hesistant to call Dandoy becuase they looked like a small operation. The other company that I called seemed more upscaled. Thankfully my husband encouraged me to use Dandoy. Their quote was $125 lower and they were able to fix my sliding door in the same day! I paid the price that was quoted me. The gentleman who serviced my door was knowledgeable, quick, effecient and left everything very clean. From the first phone call with Maria, she too was very knowledgeable and helpful, to the installation of the door everything was quick and professional. The affordability is an absolute postive as well. Don't judge a book by it's humble cover! I would use Dandoy again and definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Called and spoke to the front receptionist. Very rude and unprofessional. She also has some kind of issue communicating with customers' needs as she repeatedly asked the same questions over and over again. I tried explaining that I was simply interested in replacing a patio door and she could not understand. Remarkable failure to communicate with what should have been a simple request.
