Several customers note clear communication and willingness to resolve issues. A minority of feedback mentions order or follow-up concerns, including a door swing error and difficulty reaching management. Overall sentiment trends positive on workmanship and product guidance.
Extremely happy with the quality of the windows and even more so with the quality of their staff. We had a challenging installation with a brand new multislide door that they had never installed before. The Five Points team went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installation and we could not be happier!
We bought a flipped home that had leaking windows and sliding door. Chris and his team helped to replace them with Milgard Fiberglass new construction windows. They did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond! It's such a relief to not have leaking windows anymore!
We received the wrong swing of doors for our patio even when we gave them the plans. First time I ever ordered windows and doors so was relying on their expertise. Completely disappointed with their service. They acknowledged the mistake and said they would correct but when we called back they dodged our calls for weeks, promising the owner would call back, never once did. We sent emails and nothing. Now stuck with doors the swing the wrong way. And still no response from them. Be careful when ordering.
Five Points removed and replaced all of the windows on our Torrance home that was built in 1912. The windows were original to the home, so we were concerned that replacing them might detract from the vintage look of our home. The owner, Chris, assured us that would not be the case and he was right. Five Points did a great job and our new vinyl windows are a major improvement. These guys know what they are doing and I would personally not go anywhere else
New owner! Chris. the new owner is like the old movie Miracle on 34th where Mr Gimbel and Mr Bloomingdale start recommending people shop at each others stores!I have had three window guys to my house and Five Points was the last! He was extremely honest at the risk of losing my business. He told me that my windows did not need to be replaced, only serviced and went on to provide me with the names and numbers of the guys that he had confidence could do it at a very reasonable cost. I agreed that the look of my windows were fine but I struggled to open and CHRIS offered a great solution! When someone has this level of integrity, they deserve HIGH PRAISE!! He also fit me in on a Saturday for the bid because he was booked out for the next week and I wanted to settle in on my bids.I want to mention that apparently the prior owner did not have a good reputation and because of that several contractors I spoke to for other work did the "scrunchy face" when I mentioned the company but I was willing to try them because Jason at Windor had told me it was a new owner and the old reputation was no longer deserved. I firmly agree! I would absolutely recommend Chris/Five Points to anyone looking for window replacement and will consider them for any needs on windows or doors in the future!! Posting on YELP too because this is well deserved praise!!
