I've been handyman for over 15 years. Introduced to this place years ago Bern going since. Service is excellent what others can't provide they have including the awesome service. Mike Silverman is knowledgeable and very helpful! I now live and work in Koreatown still will go there for all my window and door needs, when possible. Highly recommended.
We were building custom doors on John Wayne old house in Newport Beach and ran into a problem. We needed an 8 ft astrigol which we learned was discontinued by the manufacturerCalled ONE STOP, talked to KENNEDY and she informed us they had them in stock in the color we needed. Saved us big time so our customer could lock the door over the weekend
My wife and I experienced a very outstanding customer service from Mike. Though he was about to go to lunch, he dropped everything and asked if he could assist us. We showed him the part we were looking for and he immediately contacted the warehouse if they had the part available. Then he processed our request and send us to the warehouse with a map. When we arrived at the warehouse the part was waiting for us. We appreciate his diligent assistance on this matter.
