Excellent service from start to finish. The sales representative, Charles, is very friendly and asks lots of questions and makes suggestions to avoid any unpleasant surprises. The windows were ready on time (a little ahead of schedule, actually). The installers were very efficient, and everything went smoothly despite a couple of tricky spots. I had to contact customer service for a minor issue, and it was resolved very quickly. They also made sure the other windows wouldn't cause any problems in the future. From the initial contact, sales, measurements, installation, and after-sales service, everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Maybe there's something wrong with the office water. ;) I recommend this company without hesitation.
