Very efficient and the service is impeccable and fast
I'm very disappointed to have done business with this company. They replaced the glass in my patio door, and I noticed three scratches that could have been caused by an X-Acto knife during unpacking. I called the store three times and never received a return call. I finally managed to speak with Mr. Lambert, only to be told to get lost and deal with the problem myself. I'm furious about this situation. I'm going to have to sue them.

Poorly installed glass. Appalling after-sales service. After four calls, I had to go to the store because they kept saying they would call back but never did. When I arrived, the receptionist couldn't find my four messages! The store and offices were a mess. There was a dog in the store. Very dirty. Four calls and a visit, still not resolved. I absolutely do not recommend them.They gave me their cell phone number to contact them and hung up on me! They offer terrible service, never return calls or service requests, and refuse to take responsibility. And they're surprised by a bad Google review… Unbelievable.
That same morning I brought in my wood stove door; the glass was broken. 20 minutes later my door was repaired ?? Friendly team
