I cant begin to explain what an amazing experience we had with this company. Our first encounter was with Steve and he was amazing, paid attention to detail, and was not out to price gouge us, which we so appreciated. The workers that arrived were so nice and I trusted them all. The work they did on our house was not an easy job to say the least. The prior owners of our home had installed defected windows that didn't fit. Our new windows fit and are just beautiful. I can't say enough about this company I would HIGHLY recommend !!!!!!!!!

From visiting the showroom, to placing the order for 2 exterior doors openings- front double door and kitchen dutch door with shade built in, to the install crew this company is 5 Star. Just placed another order for our garage door with built in shade. You won’t be disappointed going with JR Door & Window!!!

I hired this company to install a sliding glass door. The quote process and installation were perfect -- they were clean, professional, and arrived when they said they would. Great start!

However, the door was missing a piece from the manufacturer. The installers noticed it right away and created a service ticket. At the end of the week, I followed up to make sure my ticket was logged and provided all the necessary information.

Since then, I've been the one constantly following up. I called every two weeks to make sure I wasn't forgotten. Each time, they insisted the part had been ordered -- until a few weeks later, when I was told the wrong part had been ordered. They said they would rush the correct one, but I never received any updates unless I called first.

Now, three months later, I spoke with another representative who admitted that nothing had ever been ordered. So, they lied to me for months. That rep promised to come out the following Friday, but no one showed up, no call, nothing.

At this point, my project is still unfinished, and the lack of communication and honesty is unacceptable. It's been three months, and they still can't manage a simple phone call. I wouldn't recommend this company -- you're better off paying a little more for a company that actually provides some level of customer service.

This place is absolutely amazing… the installers showed exactly when we were told, work was very quick and efficient. Plus the windows look amazing. One window came in wrong size, but Steve our rep took care of us made sure it came in just a few days, an installer came and it was installed in 35 minutes. I strongly recommend you use these guys for your windows, very fair pricing, and very excellent work.

We have needed new front doors for the past 13 years. Since it was a daunting task, we kept putting it off until the doors became an embarrassment. Luckily, we found J.R. Door and Window in a Google search, and thought we’d go out for a visit. Sean was able to show us numerous options for our door size as well as various colors, textures, and lock options. Jeff came out to measure and answer questions, then Sean ordered the doors. The doors arrived ahead of schedule and were installed the following week. Danny & Jerry arrived on time and were able to install everything in one day. The doors were installed perfectly needing no additional touch-up of any kind. Danny & Jerry were professional, courteous, and cleaned up before they left, taking all trash with them. We liked the fact the J.R. Door and Window uses their own installers, not subcontractors. Thank you to everyone at J.R. Door and Window for making this a pleasant experience. We plan on using them again when we replace our windows and would highly recommend them to anyone.
