One of the worst quality windows we ever purchased. Not only do they make a clicking noise and doesn’t shut properly, the screen they provide is a joke. The screen doesn’t stay on with the slightest breeze with the windows open. Customer service is also lacking. They no-show a few times, so whoever is scheduling the appointments aren’t doing their job right either. Honestly, I would not use this company again and definitely don’t recommend them to anyone.
I paid 119k for a 30 foot bifold door from CBS windows. I’ve had nothing but trouble. I’ve had to have every door replaced. They also don’t close properly and have to be adjusted almost every week. It takes weeks sometimes months for them to come out and service them. This is the first review I have ever written, but I took the time to do it so others don’t make the same mistake.
