I’ve had a terrible experience with ProEdge. Somehow they got my phone number after my contact information was compromised online, and ever since then I’ve been dealing with nonstop calls and text messages.

I never contacted this company. I never signed up for anything. I never gave them permission to reach out to me. Yet they keep calling and texting like we have some kind of business relationship.

Even after I showed no interest, the messages kept coming. It feels intrusive and honestly pretty shady. If this is how they generate business — by buying contact lists and repeatedly contacting people who never asked to hear from them — that says a lot.

Very frustrating experience. I would strongly caution anyone about how this company operates.

The guys Er’sson and Lauriston did a great job . They were fast and efficient. Very friendly but boy did they hustle what a great job I am very happy with my new shower . After years of dealing with drafts and chills, last April I had my bay windows replaced. I heard how it was going to get done and the process. The windows were demonstrated as being very insulated and even the frames were carefully sealed to prevent any drafts. It’s nice to be able to walk into my living room in the coldest of days and feel warm and comfortable. My oil bill is so low and the heat hardly comes on. Even with the doors in the living room closed off, the room temperature is uniformly comfortable. And for the first coldest winter, there is no fog in between the layers of window. The customer service is above and beyond. I have confidence in a company that values their customers. The windows are a bit pricey but they negotiated with me, as a senior with limited resources, they took that into consideration and made it available to me. I had a good experience and am glad to finally replace that old drafty window. No more plastic!!

I installed my windows and doors in March 2025, and I am truly disappointed with Proedge. I didn't want to give a very low rating, so I gave this company a chance to step up and do what they are supposed to do. However, I received my entrance door with a chip at the bottom. I asked them to either send me a replacement or provide paint to cover it.

Additionally, I received an estimate for my side door but am still waiting for them to come and finalize the contract. I've also called about getting a replacement for my screen, as it is covered by their 100% guarantee. Unfortunately, I can never get through; I get a busy tone every time I call.

I paid over $60,000, and this is the level of customer service I am receiving. This is unacceptable. The only bright spot in this experience is Subodh Bista. He was an outstanding representative and provided excellent customer service.
