We had a very positive experience in the purchase and installation of new windows from Window Concepts. The salesman was personable and had good knowledge of the product. They worked with us to set up an install date that allowed us to avoid the really cold weather. The install team was there exactly on time, worked fast and cleaned up everything when they left. There's a reason we purchased all our house windows from them. Beyond great service, price, quality of install we used our lifetime warranty on broken panes few times last 10 yrs. So when they came to fix windows I decided to order new front door and it's everything we needed and wanted plus more. Definitely recommend!!!

I had windows installed about 3 weeks ago. Micah and his partner were phenomenal. They installed and cleaned up thru the process. They did an excellent job of installing them. The bathroom window was replaced with PVC material and it is perfect. From sales to completion I had a perfect experience. I would highly recommend this company. Also, the cost was great!
