Recent reviews are mixed. Positive feedback mentions courteous crews, timely completion on some projects, and good results on hail-related window replacements. Critical reviews cite missed appointments, slow or unresponsive communication, and concerns about pricing and sealant quality on certain jobs. Experiences appear to vary by job and technician, with communication and follow-up noted as recurring themes.
Absolutely disgusting, disrespectful customer service. Waiting for two weeks to get a quote, whoever they sent out showed up at the wrong house. The dude that answers calls says he's the owner, if he truly is the owner then I see why nothing has been addressed so far. Will never use these clowns... they sent me a quote replace a small broken window for over $2,600 that another glass company replaced for $220
AVOID!I had an appointment to get a cracked window replaced. I took time off of work to be home for the installation, and they just never showed up. I called, left messages, and texted multiple times while I waited, but I never heard back from anyone that day. I did finally talk to the guy who was supposed to do the repair about an hour and a half after my appointment time, and he told me I'd have to reschedule because he didn't have time to get to me. I explained that I had taken time off of work for the appointment, and he did not care. He just told me to call the office. I know things happen, but it's really unprofessional to just no show, no call on a customer and then make no attempt at making it right. The following day, the woman who works in the office called me back. She was incredibly kind and apologetic, and we rescheduled for a few days later.Unfortunately, they were about an hour late for the second appointment (despite it being the first appointment of the day). They did at least call this time to tell me they were running behind, and they did eventually show up and repair the window this time, but it was just an all-around frustrating experience. After all of this, I was still charged full price for the repair despite having to waste PTO and wait around on them for hours as a result of their poor customer service practices. I'm happy to have my window fixed when all is said and done, but in the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I had two windows dual pane windows installed that were broken due to hail damage. A young man named Zo came out to assess the damage and measure the windows. The windows were ordered and a few days later he came back to install them. He did a great job with the install and my windows look amazing. Before he left he asked me to check the windows to make sure I was happy with the install. Such a nice guy. Very knowledgeable.
shoddy wok do not use. I had them replace a single pain in my window for $280 they did not even use glazers putty. The tech put a single bead of silicon on three sides. The fourth side was left with out any type of sealant.
Hail storm broke several double pane windows and shredded screens. We had WGC come out to measure and inspect. Crew were courteous, respectful of our property. Work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Will definitely use in the future.
