5 stars for their product and services which were installed installed many years ago. However needing some door rollers and screens replaced creates a different story. A month of calls, leaving messages, getting the front lady who was very sympathetic I have largely been unable to get the parts needed or even contacted back. I understand they are a small business as I was informed, however no product is worth it if the after service is zero.
Phoned the morning of Monday August 18th to request a quote on the cost of getting a replacement bedroom window . The gentlemen that answered the phone call wrote down all of the information needed to provide a quote. He said he would get back to me, then ended the conversation abruptly by saying he had to go. I have now waited 3 days without a return phone call. It must be nice to be so busy that you don’t need the business by returning a phone call. Would never darken their door. Just lost my business and 2 others.
When we needed to replace our failing 20-year-old vinyl windows, we decided to splurge and upgrade to Anderson Woodwright series windows. The stained pine on the interior is beautiful and more age-appropriate for our century home, while the vinyl clad on the exterior will protect from the elements. Nick and Bill were extremely helpful through the entire process, and we are so happy with the end result. We have since moved from this home, but the windows were a big selling feature. Cant wait to eventually upgrade the windows in our new home to something similar.
Laura the new customer service manager scheduled my repairs and Marcus did an amazing job. Everything looks just like new! (previous post - I would not recommend their services. I did a major renovation with multiple windows and doors. There were some repairs needed to the closing mechanisms and door threshold after 6 months. I contacted them to service the issues and they did not respond after multiple attempts.)
