I used to have great experiences with Monroe Auto, but unfortunately things have really gone downhill since Joe left.Joe used to run the place with professionalism, honesty, and great customer service. Since he’s no longer there, the quality of service and overall experience just isn’t the same. Communication has become poor, the attention to detail seems lacking, and it feels like the shop has lost the standards it once had.It’s disappointing because this used to be a shop I trusted and recommended to others. Hopefully management can turn things around, but right now it’s not the same place it used to be.

Had an excellent experience with Manroe Auto/Standard Glass. I went in for a windshield replacement and John explained the whole process and gave me assurance that he would personally look after the job. He was very transparent (no hidden charges). The price quoted was very reasonable. The windshield replacement and calibration was done very professionally. The team followed up with me promptly while the car was in service. The whole process went very smooth.Very trustable. I highly recommend it. And I will be going to these guys for any future repairs on my cars
Amazing service! I called on Monday to get my car in for a windshield replacement, and I was able to get in on Wednesday! I got in for a 9am appointment, and got a call before 12pm that my car was ready. They even dealt with my insurance so I didn’t have to! I would recommended Monroe Auto/ Standard Auto Glass to everyone!
Had an excellent experience at Monroe Auto in Whitby. I went in for one rock chip and they squeezed me in immediately. While working, they actually found two other small chips I hadn't noticed and fixed them at no extra charge through my insurance. They also swapped out my wipers for a very fair price while the car was in the bay. Friendly, honest, and fast service—highly recommended!
