Truly the worst experience of my life. TLDR; Shady antics left me with a $7k leaky front door. I called Window Source of the Piedmont Triad to get a quote on replacing my front door. Tim Shaw, the sale rep, was very professional, and my wife and I decided to go with Window Source based on our interaction with Tim. Tim emailed our quote to us from an email account tied to We Do It Homes, LLC. I thought that was kind of strange, but knowing that Window Source locations are independently owned, I thought it might be a holding company or something. Then, he passed the work along to a sub-contractor named Jeremy Proctor. Jeremy seemed knowledgeable, if a little unprofessional. After significant delays, Jeremy finally managed to get our door in and scheduled the install. Jeremy did not install the door himself. He farmed it out to a couple of guys I had not met. He never even came to inspect the door. He also asked that the check be made payable to him, vs to Window Source or We Do It Homes. Now, my brand new $7k+ front door leaks every time it rains, I have no paper trail showing that I ordered the door through Window Source (which I guess is my fault, I should have insisted that the paperwork list them as the supplier), and Jeremy Proctor has completely ghosted me. I strongly suggest finding another company.

Everything looks wonderful! They were efficient and cleaned up the work area when the job was completed. Also, every appointment was kept and everyone as on time, pleasant and hard working. Window Source replaced all the windows in my home last week. I am very impressed with the service and quality of the products I received. Tim, Scotty, Uriel were extremely knowledgeable. They communicated well so I knew what I was getting and when it would be installed. When Uriel arrived with his crew, I left to run errands. Uriel and his crew cleaned up and took all the old windows away. Tim stopped by to check on the progress and he even went to the local hardware store to purchase a new lock for the door that was installed. Scotty also checked to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Window Source because of the customer service they provide and the cost of the quality products they use.
