Window World of the Triad

Highly Recommend this company. It was a pleasant experience from the start with Rick(sales guy) took the time to explain about the windows and answered all questions that I had. Robert (window installer) did an excellent job, took extra time to make sure all things was done right. He was a pleasure to have at home. Window World you have great employees.

I've had vinyl windows from Window World for many years. Excellent service, easy to get a replacement. Today Kelly came to to get my get my window back into the frame. He also showed me how to do it myself next time. Great people, great service!

Window World gave us a wonderful experience updating our 35-year-old house that had not been touched since the day ot was built. We got 3 quotes, and WW replaced our windows, doors, siding, and gutters for a lower price that the other 2 competitors could do JUST THE WINDOWS! I kept waiting for the catch, but there wasn't one. The crews were professional, and worked from sun-up to sundown, even through the rain, and they did not leave until we personally inspected everything with them and everything was completed to our satisfaction. The salesperson and project manager both came by during the installation, and gave follow up calls. Finally, the before and after difference is amazing!

We had new French doors installed about 5 months ago. There was significant leaking in our basement (under the new door) and living room carpet at the door. They came out several times to “fix” it and the leak continued. They finally sent someone who realized the door had been installed incorrectly to begin with ( after several months). I was hopeful because someone finally figured something out. They came out yesterday and we are not happy with the results. First, they tracked mud into the house on our carpet and generally made a big mess. They had to pull the doors out and reinstall them. When they did, they left big gaps outside that water could come in through. They also made the trim look horrible by sloppily caulking all over it. We are going to still try to get everything to an acceptable level, but it’s just been a mess working with them. I would never recommend them to anyone. Here’s pictures of what they call a good job. ***Update*** They came out one more time and I’m actually very happy with the results. They fixed everything on the outside and it looks great now. I have added stars to the review. It is a shame that it wasn’t done this way to begin with. It would have been 5 stars! I’ve posted pictures showing the end product. ***Final Update*** I finally had time to clean all of the mud off the deck that they put on there when they repaired the door(I also had to clean my carpet) and I’m left with a scratched up and damaged deck. I had just stained it before winter, and now I have to repair it and do it again in the spring. That will now cost me a weekend and a couple hundred bucks, at least. After all of this, I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
