We hired Cost Effective Concrete to demo our old, non-compliant concrete steps and install new steps that meet code. The original steps had uneven rise and run, and Calvin and his team did an outstanding job adding an extra step so everything is uniform and safe. They also extended the project by installing a new sidewalk leading up to the front porch and seamlessly blended it into the existing footprint. The attention to detail was excellent—the final result looks fantastic and truly enhances our home’s curb appeal.
