Whoa that other review is bogus, I've been a concrete worker for over 10 years and guess what, concrete cracks it's what it does, that's why customers have to agree to control joints to accommodate that problem and real professional family run construction company's are extremely busy, most people wouldn't last a day in there shoes, so they might not show up when they thought they would be able to. The Lang's are a wonderful family, the owner's are some the most skilled and hard working people in the I've ever met. From a professional concrete worker Lang Custom Concrete is highly recommended.

Concrete naturally shrinks and can crack as it cures, so control joints and reinforcement are used to help manage where cracks occur. Site prep, mix selection, and curing practices also play a role. We explain options during the estimate so expectations are clear. Final recommendations depend on site conditions and use.

Yes, estimates are scheduled by phone to review scope, access, and finish details. Timelines depend on permitting, weather, and current schedule. We outline key milestones and coordinate around curing times. Larger or complex pours may require phased work.

Work can continue with proper planning, but heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or high winds may delay pours. We monitor forecasts and adjust schedules to protect surface finish and curing. Weather-related adjustments are discussed in advance when possible. Site protection may be recommended.

Allow proper curing time before heavy use, and avoid de-icing salts during the first winter. Sealing can help resist staining and moisture; frequency depends on exposure. Keep edges drained and avoid concentrating heavy loads on corners. We can suggest care steps based on your project.
