I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. I have a red brick house in a historic district downtown. I needed some tuckpointing and brick repair completed. Other companies either never showed up or were very rude. Not Desert Heat Masonry! They were very communicative, friendly and extremely thorough. They somehow managed to source IDENTICAL brick for my 75+ year old house. Their prices were reasonable, they completed the work fast, and it looks absolutely perfect. These guys are just the best and I would recommend them to anyone. Call Desert Heat Masonry before any of the other brick repair masons in Phoenix!
We have been working with Freddy and his sons for five years on several projects. The detail and effort they put into their projects is amazing. Friendly, professional and honest. We started with a small patio, fencing and a fireplace, they also added brick accents to the house and mailbox . We then on decided to extend the patio and it looks like it was always there.
We hired Desert Heat Masonry to close up an existing exterior block wall opening, and create a new opening in an adjacent block wall for an even larger patio door. From start to finish, the crew was professional, skilled, communicative, and honest. They were responsive when we first reached out; quickly did an onsite quote and talked through the project; and then kept us in the loop until materials were available to start the project. They worked tirelessly during the three days it took to execute and did not try to squeeze in other jobs in between. They accommodated some minor changes to the design. Quality work aside (considering structural implications in load bearing walls), they took the time to set up dust containment inside the house. The last part meant so much to our family. The quote was completely fair for the scope of work, and their competence and experience ultimately set them apart from competitors.This company has gone beyond our expectations and we will certainly use them again for additional projects we have planned.
Desert Heat did a great job helping us improve our basketball court. They extended and reinforced our retaining wall, and dug/poured/leveled the concrete pad for our new hoop. The results exceeded our expectations!
Had a plumbing issue where they needed to cut a hole in my brick wall. Found these guys online and they were able to fill the hole back up! great work and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely recommend!
