J and J Masonry definitely understands the meaning of excellent customer service! Jim quoted a metal chimney cap to replace the previous cap which covered our flues and cement chimney crown. I had several follow questions about the proposed cap and Jim was very responsive (usually within 30 minutes of me emailing him) and very informative. It is obvious that he's an expert in his field for both chimneys and masonry work. Since having him replace our chimney cap we've already had him quote a tuckpointing job which we plan to do in the fall. Definitely recommended!!
