A second quote I received was for a greater scope of work than what was required and came in for twice as much money. I've had no issues since and highly recommend!
Vista redid our entire perimeter drain system on our 1947 bungalow in Oak Bay from mid-June to mid-July 2025. We decided to wait until now to write our review so that we could report on the results after our first full winter, even though having watched the professionalism of the owners and crew as they did the job we had no doubt as to the quality of work. Our basement has never been drier and we have never experienced the peace of mind we had this winter in spite of storms and rainfalls that would have had us water vacuuming in previous years. In fact, even in the centre of the basement which generally was not a seepage area but was always damp all winter remained totally dry. The job was done professionally and on time (four weeks) in spite of the discovery of the need to replace our sewage pipe both under our basement floor and to the street. We couldn’t be happier. Our basement can now be fixed up and used completely with full confidence that it will remain dry. These jobs are expensive but the peace of mind of having a waterproof basement is worth twice the price. We had hired Vista for a couple of smaller jobs (our front cement steps and new back steps to the deck) in the past and will definitely hire them again. A very professional and talented crew. Very highly recommended!

Vista masonry created made the front of our house and walkway very special.It’s really made the home unique. Can’t thank the guys enough for the hard work, even in poor conditions rain sleet snow northing stopped Vista masonry from completing their job.. Well done!!!
