Talked to an electrician. He said they were booked beyond my time frame of when I needed work done, but was willing to talk me through what I would need to be done and give me a general idea of costs. He even offered a couple of names of people who may be able to help me with my job. Impressive customer service!
The receptionist was very nice. They were able to get me scheduled within a week.
We were in a pinch with a bad breaker leaving us without hot water. This company was quick to respond, professional and reasonably priced. We were impressed and will call again for electrical needs.
I called and they couldnt help me with my problem yet, but gave me information to get ready and maby fix it my self, they are lovely folks
After the tech from Century Link told me I needed new internal wiring for my internet to work I called Mid Missouri Electric. They were able to come out the same day to look over the job. Their electrician looked over the job and came up with a few options. However prior to scheduling the he rechecked the work of the Century Link tech and was able to determine that it was not a problem with my internal lines but with the outside line. He even was willing to share this information with the person from the phone company who was then able to fix the problems. Without their willingness to make sure the work was needed I would have replaced lines that were not needed and still had a problem. Both the person I talked to on the phone who might have been the owner and the electrician who came out could not have been more professional. Thanks !!!
